eRaffle™ Features
eRaffle® gives your full control to configure all the campaign related features, activities and participation eligibility.
Raffle Configurations
- Raffle Date Controls: Each Campaign can be set to specific start and end date for the entire campaign period.
- Raffle Coupon Value: Raffle Coupon Value defines the minimum purchase amount required to generate a new coupon to the shopper.
- Carrying forward Coupons: This feature allows the shopper who didn’t win in a certain draw to have his coupons valid to participate in the following draw of the same raffle.
- Carrying forward Purchase: this feature allows the shopper to maintain any remaining value of his purchase that was not enough to acquire a raffle coupon in his balance until he makes additional purchase enough to acquire the coupon purchase value.
- Multi-Currency: this feature allows the system to handle a multi-currency operations in both raffle and purchases.
Mall Facilities and Store Brands
- Participating Malls: Each Raffle Campaign can be configured to run across a single or multiple malls.
- Participating Shops (Brands): Each Raffle Campaign can be configured to accept purchases invoices made from certain stores.
- Property Management Integration: Store Brands can be automatically imported from the active list of tenants in property management modules.
Participation Control
- Purchase Per-Invoice Control: Raffle Engine can set a maximum value for each purchase to be automatically accepted by the system.
- Purchase Per-Shopper Control: Raffle Engine can set a maximum number of coupons for each customer to be automatically accepted by the system on a daily, weekly or monthly periods or across the entire raffle.
- Human Audit: for purchase which invalidate the above two rules, the system can be configured to notify campaign managers to review the purchase and approve them before it’s being accepted by the system.
- Shopper Profile Control: Raffle campaign can be configured to control shopper participation based on the following shopper information:
- Gender
- Age (or Age Group)
- Marital Status
- If he/she has children or not
- Nationality
- Residence Area
- When was his first registration
Draw & Prize Configurations
- Draw Time Controls: Each draw has the following time configurations:

- Participation Start Date
- Participation End Date
- Prize Draw Date
- Draw Automation:
- Each Draw can be set to start automatically or wait until a campaign manager starts it manually.
- Each Draw Prize can be automatically awarded on the Prize Draw Date or can wait until a campaign manager starts the prize draw manually
- Draw Range: As the single campaign can have multiple draws in it, draws can be configured with different ranges as explained below:

- Back to Back Draws: Where each draw will start only after the previous draw finishes, with the option to allow to carry forward coupons or purchase remaining value.
