eRaffle™ Terminologies

The following table explains basic terms of the eRaffle™ system, that are necessary to understand this guide:

Term Description

Raffle

Is the campaign you will run to attract your customers. This is the main information entity that contains all the setup information and operations tracking for the eRaffle™ system.

Raffle Draw

Represents the setup for announcing winners for a certain raffle. A single raffle can contain one or more draws, depending on your setup scenario.

Coupon

Is the system generated electronic coupons, based on the registration of the sales receipts. The system will generate coupons automatically and link it to the customer and the raffle. Also, when the draw takes place, it will automatically and randomly select one of the coupons that are generated for its relevant raffle and raffle draw.

Shopper

Represent the main entity of the customer information.

Raffle Shopper

Represent the participation of a certain customer in a certain raffle.

Purchase Invoice

Is the log of the shopping receipts that was entered by the customer or by the customer service.

Mall

Is the location containing several shopping venues (i.e. stores).

Brand

Defines a commercial relationship between multiple shopping venues (i.e. stores).

Store

Represents the shop which the customer will do the purchase from.

 

First Time Setup

When you use eRaffle™ app for the first time, there are certain configurations that you will need to complete, so the raffle system features will be available to you through the raffle operations.
In this guide, we will show you how to:

  1. Setup the Mall information, in case you will run your campaigns across different malls, with different venues in each mall, you will need to have a multi-mall setup.
  2. Setup Brands, brands are useful to track raffle performance for different shops that are all related to the same brand, in the same mall or in different malls.
  3. Setup Stores, which the system will relate purchase invoices to.
